Kyle Jeffares
Master Sherpa |
In addition to being a founding guide of BizSherpa, Kyle has spent the last eighteen years in technology sales. In roles ranging from bag-carrying sales rep to running multi-million dollar sales teams within organizations, he has always viewed himself first and foremost as a problem solver. From stints with organizations spanning all sizes - behemoths like Siemens and Prudential to start ups without a dollar in revenue before he became their first sales employee - Kyle has viewed them all as one giant learning lab. Never one to back away from a perceived obstacle, or shy away from an aggressive quota, Kyle delivered over target performances at every step along the way.
Most recently, Kyle founded and grew Lambiant, Inc. a sales force consulting and augmentation organization. Prior to that role, Kyle filled sales and sales leadership roles with Aspyra, IngeniousMed, MediSolution, Lombardi Software, Siemens, CadNET, and Cyco Software. Kyle has personally seen, interacted with, and been a successful growth agent at numerous start-up to mid-sized technology organizations. Each and every stop along the way provided Kyle with the opportunity to grow a territory, grow a sales organization from scratch, or uniquely impact the growth of the organization through sales and marketing efforts to help the organization achieve its summits. This background uniquely positions him as someone who has real world tactical execution experience when it comes to creating something out of nothing – a skill that serves him well in his current role. This experience, along with the additional experience that consulting has brought him has given Kyle a breadth and depth of experience you are not going to find in other business advisors.
When not working, Kyle enjoys golf, riding motorcycles, and spending time with his two children. Kyle’s unique background is what enables him to successfully meld the candor needed to keep his clients on track with an honest compassion that let’s each of them know beyond any shadow of a doubt that he is tirelessly dedicated to making them as successful as they want to be.
A native Georgian, Kyle was educated at Young Harris College, Georgia State University, and the University of Colorado.

Scott J. Boulas
Master Sherpa |
Scott is a founding guide of BizSherpa. He has a passion and knack for building strategic marketing programs to help any company bust through the clutter and position their company as the premiere company to do business with in any market. He believes in effortlessly educating and advancing potential prospects to want to do business with you. He loves to get involved with organizations whose sales and marketing efforts are disjointed and dysfunctional; he thrives on the challenge of helping you leverage the most from your sales/marketing investment. Scott has an equally competitive sales spirit where he doesn’t like to lose to any competition.
Scott has over 20 successful years of diverse leadership, marketing, sales and sales management experience. Scott has worked for both large companies where he gained an appreciation for clear and measurable objectives, organization and planning; as well as started and worked for small companies where he honed his skills of speed, agility and getting the maximum return on every resource.
Prior to co-founding BizSherpa, Scott was the President of MediSolution (Canada’s largest healthcare software provider) U.S. Division. He also has held national and regional level sales and marketing leadership positions for GE Healthcare, IDX Systems, Philips Medical Systems and R2 Technology. Scott has personally sold or led teams that contributed over $600 Million in sales over the past 12 years, and never has failed to deliver on new orders or revenue targets. Scott has thrived in the hyper competitive, dynamic and fast paced field of Healthcare software and Healthcare IT systems, where the difference between having access to information at the right time and at the right place, can literally mean the difference between life and death.
After college and prior to his business career, Scott learned effective leadership at a young age having served as a Captain in the U.S. Army in combat units. His final role in the military was as a company commander of a battle tank company, which earned him the distinction as “the best commander (out of 75) in a combat Infantry Division” preparing for the first Persian Gulf War. As an ex-military man, Scott prides himself on the principles of honor and integrity.
Like Kyle, Scott also has a heart for service work, and he volunteers his time to “train and coach” teenagers and adults in living life powerfully through a global organization called Landmark Education.
Scott has undergraduate degrees in Economics and Finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He is a graduate of several of GE’s hand-picked executive management programs (including 6 Sigma Black Belt certified), and has done extensive Executive MBA course work at both the University of Wisconsin, Madison and the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business.
When he is not working, Scott enjoys working out, is an avid reader, sports nut, military history buff and lover of classic movies and fine wine. Scott is the proud father of two teenagers that are his pride and joy!
