Approach
We use a 4D™ phased system for our development projects,
- Define - a mix of active listening, probing questions to put some 'colour' around what needs to be 'addressed'
- Design - iterative sessions of collaborative prototyping and conversations to create a solution requirement
- Develop - a strict project development timeline with milestones, communication and user reviews
- Deliver - implement, train , hand-hold, to see you through ramp-up into production
